Past the Prismatic Plains lies a clean white expanse. Mountains rise up from the earth, covered in quaint snow villages and quiet ski lifts. Toad prepares to make it past the local Snow-Pokey denizens and face their upcoming challenges with an icy resolve.

The series of tunnels dug throughout Mount Rushmole serve as the pinnacle of mole achievement, the pride of mole society. Toad wants to use them to climb the mountain and plant a flag at the top, claiming the monument for themself.

Vast riches are said to lie in wait in a frigid castle to the north... but coins aren’t the only things encased in ice. Something else has been anticipating its chance to crash through its frozen prison. Will Toad’s greed awaken something better left on ice? Or will they be able to use it for their own ends?

It’s commonly thought that Buzzy Beetles can’t fly, but the way they soar through snowy gusts has Toad questioning that! Who knew their shells could catch the wind so well? One question remains: do they enjoy being airborne, or do they see their lives flash before their eyes as they are flung about?

Toad takes a reckless shortcut through a construction site, ignoring all the warning signs saying not to trespass. Realising too late that this stage of the construction project involves the floors being melted away, our mushroomy friend must dart through the site before the path forward is no more! Can Toad avoid the demolition-worker Spikes and angry foreman Snowpokey and outpace the flames destroying the floor beneath their feet?

Having made it to the Slippery Summit itself, Toad catches sight of a fleet of airships on the attack, commanded by the demented Iggy Koopa! Toad summons up their bravery to board the first ship and face the minions manning the armada: Thwomp sailors, armed with cannons, each scowling and ready to stop interlopers in their tracks! Determined not to let these stone soldiers stop them, Toad enters the fray, ready to face Iggy and put a freeze on his conquering of this cold crag!
